Thank you for this wisdom and for the reminder to tune in with asana and journaling to assess my agni state and then respond with interventions that will rebalance versus further deplete. The timing is perfect for March Break! I'm grateful to have the opportunity to listen to the "blog". It's a very accessible avenue for learning.

❤️ Love this! So much great information and I am glad you plan to do more of these. I would also love to see a companion "My agni at a glance" document that gives examples of signs of each agni state (e.g. low agni) and a few ideas of how to address each state to bring the agni back in balance. Not that I'm trying to give you more work to do, but I was just thinking it would be nice to have a quick "cheat sheet" to look at on days when I'm feeling scattered and can't find time to consume the whole video. 😀

Thanks Jenn 🌟I am happy to hear it. It brings such ease and direction to my life I want to share it as much as possible. Yes, a cheat sheet is a good idea. You're inspiring me to change the topic for our Full Moon practice March 18 to this topic so that we can individually create our own work of art.

Namaste Sylvie,

Thanks for this. I found the topic of the yoga of fire ~ Agni yoga helpful. Your talk helped to remind me of some facets of my own practice/life that may be burning too hot or smoldering and almost out.

I can always relate to the notion of digestion and the importance of considering what we choose to consume and how we digest what we consume. Recently I have taken measures to be more mindful about the amount of media, particularly news media, I allow into my daily life. Of course an over abundance of news (which is also most always "bad") is very depleting.

I have also noticed that I would benefit from slowing down and resting…

Thank you, Laura. I never stop benefitting from looking at life through the lenses of yoga. I am with you. More rest. Less news I can't do anything about and a little more focus on my little world and how we can support each other. I am grateful for our connection. 🌟
