I only collect personal information from you with your consent and I do not distribute, sell, or rent your information to any other parties.

 

Your Payment Information

Your purchases and transactions can be completed through my website which is hosted by the Wix platform. To complete your transactions, payments can be made online using PayPal, or credit cards processed by Stripe. In this case I do not personally receive your credit information. If you pay with a credit card in person or over the phone your payment is processed through Moneris and I do not keep your credit card information on file. 

 

Newsletter

If you sign up for my newsletter, you will be able to opt-out of the emails at any time via the unsubscribe option at the bottom of each newsletter sent via the Wix platform. To receive my newsletter, sign up on my website inspiredlivingwithsylvie.com. You will automatically be added when you purchase a service.

All information shared (written or spoken) is kept private.

Contraindications

I offer modifications and variations so it’s appropriate for all levels. I don’t address or modify for specific injuries or pre-existing conditions. — Yoga is for everybody but not every posture is for every-body. Consult with your healthcare provider and ask if there are movements you should avoid (twisting, forward bends, backbends, inversions..). Options and modifications are available once we know what you shouldn't practice. As an internal practice the gifts of yoga are not found in the complexity of the asana they are found in our ability to choose asanas and expressions of asanas that make us strong, easeful, resilient, calm and vibrant and that is a unique expression. 

 

Refund Policy

With each service offered the refund policy is stated on the purchase option or registration form. If the refund policy is not clear to you at the moment of sale, ask before buying.
