A few tips to help maintain a regular practice. 

Make Yourself a Priority

Taking care of yourself is taking care of your family.
The more calm and energized we are, the more we share this energy with the people we love. 

Be Realistic

How often do you want to practice? Set a day (s) and time(s) and commit. There is no such thing as a bad practice. We are better to show up with a busy mind than not show up at all. 

If you're feeling sluggish remember  — action BEFORE motivation.
