Note that not all variations offered in the audios are demonstrated in the PDF (you may need a block, strap or blanket) and you don't have to practice all variations to benefit from the sequence. For example, in the Energize sequence, you can practice dolphins instead of headstand. I provide little guidance in terms of alignment and variations as these classes are offered to experienced students who know how to modify or adapt postures.
