April 2020 Class Schedule

If you register during the day, it could take up to 1-hour before you receive the email that provides the password and if you register after 8:30 PM you will receive the password the next morning. 


Strong and Light

Dates: Sundays, April 5, 12, 19, 26

Time: 4:30-5:30 PM 

Class Description: These strengthening classes are about feeding our Ojas; That sense of stability, strength and radiance. Moving through familiar asanas we move a little slower and hold a little longer using affirmations and mantras. We close the practice with a short meditation. 

At Ease

Dates: Tuesdays, April 7, 14, 21, 28 

Time: 4:45-5:45PM 

Class Description: These classes provide a gentle sequence of asanas to release holding patterns and tension bringing more ease and lightness to the body and mind. 


Dates: Fridays, April 10, 17, 24 & *May 1st ( At first I posted that the fourth of the Friday morning class would be Thursday, April 30 and I have updated this to keep 4 Friday morning classes).

Time: 9:00-10:00 AM 

Class Description: These dynamic classes include Sun Salutations, standing and balancing sequence, backbends, spinal twists and inversions; leaving you feeling awake and energized. 

Class Preparation:

Class Level: All classes are offered to experienced practitioners. They are not for beginners. 

What you will need: Yoga mat, one block and one strap and a meditation cushion. If you don't have these props you can use blankets, cushions, books or scarfs. 


Music: I will not be playing music. I want to make sure you can hear me. But I do encourage you to create your environment. You could have your favourite mantras playing in the background, have essential oils or incense. 

Payment: As you know, yoga is my day job, and since this is lasting longer than anticipated a financial exchange would be greatly appreciated. I have come up with two options.  To help with the administration side of things please register by 3:00 PM Sunday, April 5. 

1) The Weekly (Up to 4 classes  between April 5 and May 1):  $27.95 ( You don't need to tell me which four classes. This is an honour system)



2) The Unlimited (As many classes as you like between April 5 and May 1): $37.95

Bonus Classes

In addition to the weekly schedule, you will have access to three speciality classes. 

Full Moon Flow & Meditation
Date: Tuesday, April 7

Time: 7:30-8:30 AM 

Class Description: 30-minute asana practice (Moon Salutations) pranayama and meditation. 


Date: Monday, April 20

Time: 7:00-8:00 PM

Class Description: Discussion on yoga wisdom to support the mind and emotions.  We will also practice a guided meditation. 

Sleep Well 

Date: Wednesday, April 29

Time: 7:00-8:00 PM

Class Description: 30-minute gentle yoga practice, 20-minute yoga nidra, 10-minute meditation.
