May 2020 Inspired Living Virtual Yoga Class Schedule

Strong and Light

Dates: Sundays, May 3, 10, 17, 24 & 31

Time: 4:45-5:45 PM 

Class Description: These strengthening classes are about feeding our Ojas; That sense of stability, strength and radiance. Moving through familiar asanas we move a little slower and hold a little longer using affirmations and mantras. We close the practice with a short meditation. 


At Ease

Dates: Tuesdays, May 5, 12, 19 & 26

Time: 4:45-5:45PM 

Class Description: These classes provide a gentle sequence of asanas to release holding patterns and tension bringing more ease and lightness to the body and mind. 

Free Your Hips

Dates: Wednesday, May 6, 13, 20 & 27

Time: 4:45-5:45PM 

Class Description: This moderate flow will move your hips in all directions bringing stability, strength and flexibility. Playing between dancing with the breath in movement and holding asanas to release tension and increase stamina will also strengthen the physical and subtle core. 


Dates: Fridays, May 8, 15, 22 & 29

Time: 9:00-10:00 AM 

Class Description: These dynamic classes include Sun Salutations, standing and balancing sequence, backbends, spinal twists and inversions; leaving you feeling awake and energized. 

Bonus Classes

In addition to the weekly schedule, you will have access to four speciality bonus classes. 

Full Moon Flow & Meditation
Date: Thursday, May 7

Time: 7:30-8:30 AM 

Class Description: 30-minute asana practice (Moon Salutations) pranayama and meditation. 

Hatha Flow

Date: Saturday, May 16

Time: 9:00-10:15 AM 

Class Description: Asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra and energy work. 


Date: Friday, May 22

Time: 7:00-8:00 PM

Class Description: Discussion on yoga wisdom-details coming soon.  We will also practice a guided meditation. 

Hatha Flow

Date: Saturday, May 30

Time: 9:00-10:15 AM 

Class Description: Asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra and energy work. 

Class Preparation:

Class Level: All classes are offered to experienced practitioners. They are not for beginners. 

What you will need: Yoga mat, one block and one strap and a meditation cushion. If you don't have these props you can use blankets, cushions, books or scarfs. 


Mood: I will not be playing music. I want to make sure you can hear me. But I do encourage you to create your environment. You could have your favourite mantras playing in the background, have essential oils or incense. 

Mindfulness: These classes are offered to experienced practitioners. Always listen to your body and modify as you need to. The Friday morning class is dynamic. Make sure you know what you can and can't do and let your practice be a source of strength, energy and clarity.

This package gives you access to any four classes of the regular schedule plus access to the four bonus classes.  You don't need to tell me which classes you want to attend. This is the honour system. I trust you:)

Class passes are valid from May 3 to May 31 2020
